Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra cheesecake flavor, add a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving.
- Make sure not to overmix the dough to keep cookies soft.
