Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
- You can substitute strawberries with other berries if desired.
