  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into rectangles suitable for sliders.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on half of the pastry rectangles.
  6. Top with sliced strawberries.
  7. Cover with remaining pastry rectangles and press edges to seal.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle sugar over.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
