Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on half of each tortilla.
- Top with sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
- Fold the tortillas over to create quesadillas.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then cook quesadillas for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
