Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cheesecake filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
