Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Fill muffin cups with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- You can add a streusel topping for extra crunch.
