- 2 cups crushed strawberries
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into a pie dish.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add in the vanilla extract and heavy cream, mixing until well combined.
- Layer the strawberry mixture and banana pudding mixture into the crust.
- Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add crushed nuts to the crust.
- Substitute fresh fruit if preferred.
