- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
- Fold in the diced strawberries and whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth out the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into bites and serve.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add some crushed strawberries on top before serving.
