Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and crushed strawberries.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- In serving cups, layer the cheesecake mixture and graham cracker mixture alternately.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add some chopped nuts to the layers.
- These bites can be made a day in advance for convenience.
