Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the strawberry puree and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into chunks and serve chilled.
