- 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped strawberries and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the strawberries gently.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Meanwhile, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
- When the ice cream is set, serve topped with graham cracker mixture.
Notes
- For added crunch, you can sprinkle more crushed crackers over the top before serving.
- Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier scooping.
