- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed strawberries
- 1 cup crushed cereal for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in vanilla extract and mashed strawberries.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, sprinkle with crushed cereal on top before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add strawberry extract.
- Pair with whipped cream for serving.
