- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon dollops of this mixture over the batter.
- Add the sliced strawberries, shredded coconut, and nuts on top.
- Pour the remaining batter over the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with a glaze made of powdered sugar and milk.
- Serve with whipped cream on the side for added indulgence.
