- 1 package vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the batter and swirl it gently with a knife.
- Add the sliced strawberries and chocolate chips on top.
- Pour the remaining cake batter over everything.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use fresh strawberries.
- Serve with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
