- 1 package graham crackers
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk, whisk until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In a baking dish, layer graham crackers, followed by the cream mixture, and then sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the whipped cream.
- You can substitute blueberries or raspberries for a different berry twist.
