Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with a layer of graham crackers.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar and whip until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
- Place another layer of graham crackers over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding mixture and strawberries.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more decadent treat, add whipped cream on top before serving.
- This cake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
