Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with a layer of graham crackers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  7. Place another layer of graham crackers over the strawberries.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding mixture and strawberries.
  9. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
