Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip strawberry slices into the yogurt mixture, covering them completely.
- Place the yogurt-covered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container.
