Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey

  • 1 package pectin

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the strawberries, honey, jalapeños, and lemon juice.
  2. Heat over medium heat until the mixture starts to boil, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the pectin and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Bring the mixture back to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into sterilized jars.
  6. Seal jars and process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
