  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
  5. Add the sliced strawberries on top, then pour the remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. While the cake is cooling, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  8. Spread the cream cheese icing over the cooled cake before serving.
