Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the crushed pineapple.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.

- For added flavor, you can drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sugar and pineapple juice.
