- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (12 ounces) whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberry slices
- 1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl; mix well.
- Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined and spread over the pretzel crust.
- In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water; mix in sliced strawberries. Allow to cool.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
Notes
- For best results, chill overnight before serving.
- Feel free to substitute other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
