  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (12 ounces) whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberry slices
  • 1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl; mix well.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until well combined and spread over the pretzel crust.
  6. In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water; mix in sliced strawberries. Allow to cool.
  7. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
