- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and vanilla.
- Spread batter into a lined baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Once baked, allow to cool and then roll with parchment paper.
- Whip the cream and mix with powdered sugar and strawberries.
- Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and roll back up.
- Chill for a couple of hours before slicing.

- Make sure to use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- You can add a hint of lemon zest to the whipped cream for extra freshness.
