- 4 medium apples
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup shortcake crumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry apples thoroughly, then insert a stick into each apple.
- Melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each apple into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly.
- Roll the chocolate-coated apples in crushed strawberries and then in shortcake crumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of salt to the chocolate before melting.
- You can substitute apples with pears for a different taste.
