- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 roll crescent dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over the crescent dough.
- Add chopped strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into roll-ups.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture.
- Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the fridge.
