- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 4 sheets nori
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and rice vinegar until dissolved and stir into the cooked rice. Let cool.
- On a bamboo sushi mat, place a sheet of nori, then spread a thin layer of sushi rice over it.
- Spoon whipped cream and sliced strawberries along the edge of the rice-covered nori.
- Roll the mat tightly to form a sushi roll, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for garnish.
