  • 8 ounces cooked pasta, such as penne or rotini
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, corn, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, chili powder, cumin, and cooked pasta. Mix well.
  3. Pour this mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes
