Delicious stuffed chicken breast filled with spinach, creamy cheese, and sweet cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook stuffed chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
