- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook stuffed chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
