- 1 whole chicken
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for another minute.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with breadcrumbs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Stuff the chicken with the mixture and secure it with kitchen twine.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight with your choice of herbs.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
