  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for another minute.
  4. In a bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with breadcrumbs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  5. Stuff the chicken with the mixture and secure it with kitchen twine.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
