- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place in a greased pizza pan.
- Stuff the crust with mozzarella cheese and fold the edges over to seal.
- Spread marinara sauce on top and add pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese.
