  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise, hollow out the middle, and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion, sauté until softened.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  5. Mix turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed bread, then place the halves on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
