- 1 Italian bread loaf
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise, hollow out the middle, and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion, sauté until softened.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- Mix turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
- Stuff the mixture into the hollowed bread, then place the halves on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or cheeses.
- For a spicy kick, consider adding jalapeños to the filling.
