  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers and onion, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
