Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add bell peppers, tomatoes, chicken broth, and seasonings to the skillet.
- Stir in the cooked rice and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
