- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Fill zucchini halves with turkey mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until zucchinis are tender.

- Feel free to add other vegetables to the filling.
- Use leftover cooked meat to save time.
