  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Fill zucchini halves with turkey mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until zucchinis are tender.
