- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and sweetener, then add melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- While the crust cools, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the vanilla extract and sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a firmer pie, consider adding gelatin to the filling.
- This pie can be topped with additional sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts.
