- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 ounces creamy brie cheese
- 1 ripe summer peach, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer brie and peach slices on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
