Sun-Dried Tomato, Spinach & Ricotta Grilled Cheese Delight

A delicious blend of sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and creamy ricotta cheese, perfect for a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese on one slice of bread.
  3. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top.
  5. Cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the ricotta mixture.
