Instructions
- Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir to coat.
- Add broccoli and green onions, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
