Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high.
  3. Season the steaks with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  6. Serve the steaks topped with shrimp and crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the shrimp.
  • Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
