- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high.
- Season the steaks with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Serve the steaks topped with shrimp and crumbled turkey bacon.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the shrimp.
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
