- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
