Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the sweet and sour sauce.
- Mix until well combined and shape into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and coat with sweet and sour sauce.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve over rice for a complete meal.
