Instructions
- Combine blueberries, jalapeños, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture starts to boil.
- Add the fruit pectin and stir for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of jalapeños for desired heat level.
- Let the jelly cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
