- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni, celery, bell pepper, green onions, pineapple, marshmallows, and walnuts to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to your preference.
