- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each cheese ball in additional chopped pecans for coating.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a variation, add chopped green onions or herbs.
- These bites can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
