- 1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a greased square baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
- For a twist, add chocolate chips to the mixture.
