- 3 cups mixed vegetables, steamed
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the bell pepper and onion, stir-frying until tender.
- Mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce together, then pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
