- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of brownie batter onto the prepared baking sheet and swirl in the peanut butter mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra chocolatey flavor, add more chocolate chips to the batter.
- These cookies are best served warm or within a day of baking.
