- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup seasoned ground beef
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- In the same skillet, warm the tortilla.
- Spread sour cream on one side of the tortilla.
- Add the seasoned ground beef and top with cheese.
- Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the top.
- Add crispy turkey bacon and green onions.
- Fold the tortilla over to encase the filling.
- Grill on both sides until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
