- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, and salsa until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a portion of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice and serve with extra salsa and sour cream.
Notes
- For a spicier quesadilla, add jalapeños to the filling.
- Experiment with different cheeses to customize the flavor.
