- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup lettuce
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in the center of the large flour tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it tightly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the Quesarito on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot with additional nacho cheese or your favorite sauce.

- Experiment with different meats or add hot sauce for extra flavor.
