- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add dill pickles, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- If desired, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans before serving.
- Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
